@fitbit broke within 3 weeks, @fitbit customer service replaced. Customer service +1
I have been waiting for my @fitbit for 4 months to arrive. I liked it when I got it, but then noticed it cracked. Then cracked again, then quit working. I contacted customer support, and they responded with a replacement quick. I'll wear it somewhere else this time so not to repeat the cracking. Great customer service @fitbit.
